* Authors must be registered to attend the event.

* Authors of accepted free paper must be onsite for poster presentation

Evaluation

* Free Paper submissions will be reviewed by the Review Committee for acceptance.

* Free Paper acceptance notifications will be sent to authors by email no later than April 21, 2025

* The paper has never been published in scientific event or journal

Publication

* Accepted free paper will be published in the scientific event of the Solo Ultrasound Course – 2025 (ISUOG approved)

* Awards Will Be Presented Paper in plenary

PAPER CRITERIA

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PRESENTATION MATERIALS OF PAPER

1.⁠ ⁠The scientific poster created refers to and is an interpretation of previously created free paper that will be used in the Oral Poster Presentation.

2.⁠ ⁠The substance of the work is made in accordance with the surrounding theme in the areas of Ultrasonography.

3.⁠ ⁠The poster design is made in digital form with .jpg format, Al size (594 x 841 mm), and A4 – vertical position, RGB color mode, 300 pixel / inch resolution, using general applications (CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, or other design applications).

4.⁠ ⁠The poster includes the title, author’s name, and POGI logo. (Does not include the origin of the participant’s institution)

5.⁠ ⁠The contents of the poster must not contain anything related to the use of symbols or logos from the participant’s origin institution, SARA or pornography. If there is a violation of this point, then all decisions are the authority of the committee.

6.⁠ ⁠Highlight the parts that are considered important to be informed (for example, results, findings, and suggestions).

7.⁠ ⁠Posters are made creatively and objectively and the number of colors is free.

8. Scientific posters that will be presented by finalists must be sent to the email freepapersuc2025@gmail.com with the subject: “Author Name_Institution Name_Scientific Poster”. With a deadline for submission of works no later than April 30, 2025 at 23.59 WIB. If you have sent the file, immediately confirm via WhatsApp: 082241824947 (AULIA). With the format: FREE PAPER POSTER PRESENTATION- PARTICIPANT NAME – INSTITUTION NAME (Institution Name Not Abbreviated) – POSTER ALREADY SENT Example: SCIENTIFIC POSTER – SALMA SHOFA- MOEWARDI Hospital – POSTER ALREADY SENT Confirmation is made no later than 24 hours after submission.

9.⁠ ⁠The committee is given the right and authority to publish each winning poster of the competition while still including the name of the author.
